Out of 913 assurances by MPs in Parliament, 583 implemented, 330 pending: Govt in Rajya Sabha

Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs, L Murugan, reported in Rajya Sabha that out of 913 assurances given by Ministers in Parliament over the last three years, 583 have been implemented, while 330 remain pending due to policy changes and amendments. It was noted that assurances are expected to be fulfilled within three months, with extensions sometimes sought. An Online Assurance Monitoring System has been established to track progress.
