Cyient sells over 1 crore shares of Cyient DLM in Rs 900 crore block deal

Cyient sold around 1.2 crore shares of Cyient DLM at an average price of Rs 766/sh in an Rs 883 crore block deal today. Cyient had previously announced its intention to sell up to 1.15 crore shares, or a 14.5% stake, in its subsidiary. Following the deal, Cyient shares were up 1.6% at Rs 1,965 on the BSE, while Cyient DLM shares were down 0.65% at Rs 783.
