Bulgarian Election Commission Registers Rival DPS Factions Simultaneously

The Central Election Commission (CEC) in Bulgaria accepted the registration documents of the two factions within the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (DPS) simultaneously, for the upcoming parliamentary elections on October 27.
