Woman alleges Sean 'Diddy' Combs raped her on video in latest lawsuit

Another woman is suing Sean “Diddy” Combs, alleging that the music mogul and his head of security raped her at his New York recording studio in 2001. Thalia Graves filed the lawsuit in federal court in New York Tuesday. She's the latest of several people to file similar lawsuits against Combs, who was jailed on a federal sex trafficking indictment a week ago. Graves alleges that her rape was recorded on video. How major US stock indexes fared Tuesday, 9/24/2024

U.S. stocks edged further into record heights on Wall Street after shaking off a bumpy start to the day. The S&P 500 rose 0.3% Tuesday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average edged up 0.2%, adding to its own record. The Nasdaq composite gained 0.6%. Treasury yields sank in the bond market following an update on U.S. consumer confidence that was surprisingly weak. Gombe female farmers seek more govt allocation

The Smallholders Women Farmers Organisation in Nigeria, Gombe State on Tuesday called for increased allocation and release of agriculture budget in line with Malabo and Maputo Declaration of 10 per cent. This was contained in a communique read by SWOFON spokesman, Airudia Mamman, at the 2025 consultative meeting on the agriculture budget in Gombe state.

Capitol rioter mistakenly released from prison after appeals court ruling, prosecutors say

Prosecutors say the federal Bureau of Prisons mistakenly released an Iowa man from custody before he finished serving his 30-month sentence for storming the U.S. Capitol. In a court filing Monday, prosecutors said Leo Christopher Kelly was freed last Thursday after an appeals court agreed to throw out one of his convictions stemming from the Jan. 6, 2021, riot.
