Intel rejects Arm's approach for product division: Report

Arm Holdings approached Intel about acquiring its product division but was told it is not for sale, according to Bloomberg News. The British chip firm did not show interest in Intel's manufacturing operations. Intel is focusing on AI processors and creating a chip contract manufacturing business to turn its business around.
