Baba Siddique, NCP Leader shot dead in Mumbai; police suspect Lawrence Bishnoi gang's involvement

NCP leader Baba Siddique was fatally shot in Mumbai by unidentified attackers on Saturday. Despite being rushed to Lilavati Hospital, he succumbed to his injuries, according to Mumbai police. Siddique, a former Maharashtra Minister, had a long political career, including three consecutive terms as an MLA and various ministerial roles. Recently, he switched from Congress to the Nationalist Congress Party.
