Mangaluru hosts millet and forgotten recipes cooking contest on Dec 7th

A cooking competition featuring millet and forgotten recipes is coming to Mangaluru. The competition will be held on December 7th. Residents can participate by submitting applications before December 5th. Vegetarian dishes are required. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top three winners. Winners will proceed to the state-level competition. Contact the Joint Director of Agriculture for more details.

Particularly with the new Apt rules the PL clubs just voted in. Now shareholder loans have to be included in PSR accounting. Although, I don't think v*lla are high in that list.

There was an interesting conversation on the athletic about third party sponsorships. We tend to worry only about sovereign states that own airlines to overinflate - Abu Dhabi being the example. But Nassef Sawiris is a big shareholder in Adidas. Who's to say v*lla aren't benefitting from above market fees there?

Notting Hill writer Richard Curtis has revealed he once came up with the idea for a sequel to the hit rom-com, though Julia Roberts was less than impressed with it.

As well as his hugely successful screenwriting career, Richard is also the co-founder of the charity Comic Relief, and has previously included revivals of Love Actually and Four Weddings And A Funeral as part of the Red Nose Day telethon.

Delhi's EV policy extended till March 2025

Delhi's EV policy received an extension until March 2025. Electric vehicle purchases from January 1, 2024, will continue to benefit from subsidies and road tax exemptions. Delhi is one of the largest EV markets in the country, accounting for about a tenth of total domestic sales.

Syria war monitor says more than 130 dead in army-jihadist clashes

The Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said jihadist group Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) and allied factions launched a surprise attack on the Syrian army in the northern province of Aleppo on Wednesday. The toll "in battles ongoing for the past 24 hours has risen to 132, including 65 fighters from HTS", 18 from allied factions "and 49 members of regime forces", said the Observatory, which relies on a network of sources inside Syria.
