The Black pastor of a multiethnic congregation in Anaheim, California, has started a string orchestra for young musicians of color. The Rev. Chineta Goodjoin says she started this group, which will play secular and sacred music, as part of the congregation's social justice and equity ministry for children who are underrepresented in orchestras in largely affluent Orange County.
