United States: New Orleans inches toward normalcy after the attack

48 hours after one of the deadliest terror attacks in the United States recent history, the city of New Orleans is trying to make sense of the horrors of the 1st January. The attack along Bourbon Street killed 14 people, along with the driver, Shamsud-Din Jabbar, who officials said was inspired by the Islamic State militant group. Four individuals were killed and three others injured after a towing van, driven under the influence of alcohol, collided with their SUV on the Mumbai-Goa highway in Maharashtra's Raigad district early Friday. The SUV, en route to Lonere, had stopped at Mahad due to an empty fuel tank.
