Venezuelan authorities set a $100,000 reward on Thursday for information leading to the capture of exiled opposition candidate Edmundo Gonzalez Urrutia, who is on his way to Argentina after seeking exile in Spain. Gonzalez Urrutia fled Venezuela in September after Maduro claimed victory in the troubled, economically distressed country's July 28 election.
