Mount Vernon native Al B. Sure! spoke in a revealing interview about his health struggles and his new mission. Two years ago, Al B. Sure! suffered a near-fatal health crisis, with many of his major organs experiencing complete failure.

His doctors consider his survival a miracle, and that's what's fueling his current campaign.
