Redditor Vcl010595 shared their shopping haul in a viral post.

They showed off their seven-piece Le Creuset kitchenware finds in a photo.

Six of the pieces appear to be a whole set, with matching red and orange ombre designs.

Though a similar five-piece Le Creuset Cookware set in the same design normally costs $575, the Redditor could purchase theirs and more for a fraction of the price.

“All thrifted for under $200,” they said.

“The darker orange to red ombre pieces are vintage and were bought as a set,” they added.

“The stacked set, lower left corner, were found together as a set but have lost most of the ombré coloring.”

While they did worry that the standalone orange pot may be a knock-off, they weren’t too concerned as the quality was comparable.

“While I know knock-offs exist, any tips on identifying knockoffs?” they asked.

“The left ones with no ombré give me pause, but they cook and clean up like authentic. Can they lose coloring in the oven?”

Le Creuset fans said that they had nothing to worry about.

“They do lose their color over time, especially if people run them through the dishwasher,” said one.

“Congratulations on your thrift store [finds].”

The Redditor was relieved to hear the good news.

“Them having been run in the dishwasher makes sense! I only hand wash, but I understand the urge to just pop them in the dishwasher and call it a night,” they replied.

Some were impressed by her thrift ethic and asked her for advice.

“This is incredibly impressive,” said one commenter.

“Great finds. Happy cooking. Any [thrifting] tips [you are] willing to share?” they asked.

“Thank you! Patience is my only real tip – the rest is all luck,” the Redditor said.

“There are four or five thrift shops in a sort of loop near my house. I take an hour once, sometimes twice, a week to stop in. Happy hunting!”
