Gabby took to her TikTok page to share some of the bargain goods she spotted in her local store this week – all of which would help keep the kids entertained on warm, summer days.

“Come to Lidl with me to look at their baby/toddler outdoor range,” Gabby wrote over the top of her TikTok slideshow, adding that she’s a “sucker for a middle aisle”.

First up were some outdoor games for kids and adults alike, as Gabby said: “Twister is carnage enough, but Sprinkler Twister? Sign me up, £9.99!

“Also Operation Splash!! Classics.”

There are Paw Patrol water gun backpacks for just £9.99 – with Marshall and Skye available in Gabby’s local store – as well as animal paddling pools and a cactus sprinkler, also for less than £10.

The sand and water activity table, which can set you back much more than £24.99, is sure to be a hit, as well as a kids’ garden furniture set for £29.99.

If you want a picnic bench, there’s one of those too – with Gabby admitting she “can’t cope” with how cute it is, for £34.99.

You can also get a whole bouncy castle for £44.99, a huge sandpit also for £44.99 and a nest swing for £24.99.

The last must-have Gabby spotted was a kids’ gardening bag, complete with tools, for £6.99.

“We have the slide, the water table and the tiger paddling pool!” one person commented on Gabby’s TikTok.

“They’re the best, soo worth the money!”

“I felt like they had a really good selection,” Gabby replied.

“Oh I need to go check this out!” another added.

“OMG kids heaven,” a third said.

What is the UK's cheapest supermarket?

WE'RE all looking for ways to save on our supermarket shops. But which store should you go to if you're on a strict budget?

According to Which?, who compare thousands of prices at the top eight UK supermarkets – Aldi, Asda, Lidl, Morrisons, Ocado, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Waitrose – every month, there’s one place that outweighs the rest in terms of being budget-friendly.

In April 2024, Aldi was at the top of the list, with Which? comparing 67 popular groceries costing an average of £112.90.

Lidl isn’t far behind, at £115.23, followed by Asda in third place with a bill of £126.98.

Tesco was next, at £128.17, while Sainsbury’s rounded out the top five with £131.02.

“Sand box is so worth the money,” someone else insisted.

“I got 1 last year, was a pain to assemble but great once up!”

“The best thing is it doesn’t get wet if it rains,” another added.

“My garden wouldn’t be big enough for it along with her other toys so had to leave it behind,” Gabby responded.
