Their street in Newthorpe, Nottinghamshire, is now £1m richer with most homes scoring just under a hundred thousand pounds.

Now they are thinking about pimping up their Peugeot Expert van so they can take it on holidays around the county.

The retired private nursery manager described the win as overwhelming.

She said: “I’ve won big. I’ve won big, big. It’s overwhelming, unbelievable. I can’t take it all in. It’s been a long wait and I never thought it would happen to me. I won £10 before, and even that felt fantastic.

“I’d like to go to Walt Disney World in Florida again. I’d like to do it with the whole family, it’s one of my dreams.

“We like local festivals and things. We’ve always done camping. Now that Paul’s semi-retired we’re doing up the van so that it can still be a works van and a campervan.

“The first thing I bought for my husband when I knew I had won was a dryrobe. I signed up to help charities, but also the chance of winning.”

Diane said her neighbour which has now struck gold was a nice community and all the neighbours were lovely.

She said: “We can all get together and congratulate each other. We’ve all got Prosecco and Champagne and are going to gather out here later.”

Neighbour Georgina Riley, 39, is set to go on holiday to Dubai this week and is now planning to swim with dolphins and go to a Michelin-starred restaurant.

She said: “I do get weird feelings. The Northern Lights were over my house on my birthday and now I’ve won the lottery.

“It feels surreal. I was waiting for Ant and Dec to leap out and say that this isn’t real.

“I changed my outfit four times this morning, I haven’t eaten anything, and I almost fainted on the doorstep. Then I realised I hadn’t done my nails. It’s all been very stressful.”
