Demi Moore Stuns at 'The Substance' Cannes Film Festival Premiere, Movie Gets 13-Minute Standing Ovation

Demi Moore looks stunning while hitting the red carpet at the premiere of her movie The Substance held at Palais des Festivals on Sunday (May 19) in Cannes, France.

The 61-year-old actress was joined at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival premiere by her co-stars Margaret Qualley, Dennis Quaid and Oscar Lesage, as well as director Coralie Fargeat.

Following the screening of the film, which is Demi‘s Cannes Film Festival official selection debut, the horror thriller received roaring applause with a 13-minute standing ovation, according to Deadline. This marks the longest ovation at the festival this year so far!

The upcoming movie is “a body horror with a feminist take, revolving around a new product called The Substance that promises to transform people in the best version of themselves of their dreams. It’s an offer that comes with a twist.”

Earlier in the day, the three ladies attended a photo call for the film, where Demi brought her adorable dog Pilaf.
