US sanctions five Ugandan officials over corruption, right abuses claims

United States has imposed a new wave of sanctions on prominent political figures in Uganda, including the Speaker of Parliament. They accuse five senior officials of corruption and human rights violations. FRANCE 24's Clement Di Roma tells us more.
