Foreign ministers of Belarus, Russia meet in Astana

 Maksim Ryzhenkov and Sergey Lavrov did not make any protocol statements for mass media. They started discussing business matters right away. It was the first meeting of the two ministers after Maksim Ryzhenkov was appointed Belarusian minister of foreign affairs not so long ago.
