A Southwest jet that did a 'Dutch roll' was parked outside during severe storm

A Southwest Airlines jet that was damaged after experiencing an unusual “Dutch roll” during a flight is back in service. The plane was grounded for more than a month but resumed passenger flights last week, according to Flightradar24. On Tuesday, the National Transportation Safety Board said the plane had been parked outside during a severe storm about a week before the Dutch roll flight. And pilots had noticed unusual pedal movements on the plane after regular maintenance just two days before the bad flight. Dutch roll is a combination of the plane’s tail sliding sideways and the wingtips rocking up and down.
