Another Texas migrant aid group asks a judge to push back on investigation by Republican AG

The organization has denied accusations from conservative Texas officials that it is helping migrants enter the country illegally. The group's executive director said Wednesday that she was glad Catholic Charities of the Rio Grande Valley had a chance to present its case in court.
