Man cleared of premeditated murder in Detroit synagogue leader's death but could face 2nd trial

A jury has issued mixed results in the highly publicized murder case of a Detroit synagogue leader. Michael Jackson-Bolanos was acquitted of first-degree premeditated murder in the death of Samantha Woll. But the jury couldn’t reach a unanimous verdict on felony murder, which is murder committed during another crime. The jury also couldn't reach a verdict on home invasion. It means Jackson-Bolanos could face a second trial. Woll was found with multiple stab wounds outside her Detroit home. Investigators believe she was attacked inside the residence but collapsed outdoors. Jackson-Bolanos denied any role.
