SEGUIN, Texas (AP) — SEGUIN, Texas (AP) — Alamo Group Inc. (ALG) on Wednesday reported second-quarter earnings of $28.3 million.

On a per-share basis, the Seguin, Texas-based company said it had profit of $2.35.

The maker of road maintenance, industrial and farm equipment posted revenue of $416.3 million in the period.

Alamo Group shares have dropped slightly more than 8% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Wednesday, shares hit $192.72, a drop of 0.5% in the last 12 months.
