East African filmmakers in the spotlight at Kigali festival

In Rwanda, the Kigali Cine Junction film festival opened its doors yesterday for its second edition. Organizers hope to make the event the high point of the 7th art by bringing together professionals from the Great Lakes region and bringing films closer to the public over the 4 days.
