German knife killings termed an act of terror by local political leader

Police continue to hunt for the attacker who killed three people on Friday in a knife attack in Solingen, Germany. Hendrik Wüst, premier of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, described Friday evening’s attack during a festival in Solingen as an act of terror. France 24's Nick Holdsworth reports.
