Belarus-Russia agreement on security guarantees expected to be signed in December

Belarus has significantly improved the bilateral relations with Russia, its strategic ally and partner, both on the bilateral track and within the framework of the Union State, Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Maksim Ryzhenkov said during a solemn event at the Palace of the Republic to mark the beginning of the academic year at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus.
