3 dead in wrong-way crash on busy suburban Detroit highway

Three people are dead after an SUV traveling the wrong way crashed into another vehicle on a southeastern Michigan highway. A Nissan Rogue was traveling west Wednesday morning on the eastbound side of M-14 when the driver tried to leave the freeway by using an entrance ramp. The Rogue crashed into a Tesla that was attempting to enter M-14 in Washtenaw County. The victims were a 53-year-old Tesla driver and a 31-year-old man and a 27-year-old woman in the Rogue. Police said it was still unknown whether alcohol or drugs were a factor in the crash.
