Two men shot in Roseland

Two men were injured, one seriously, during a shooting late Monday night in Roseland on the Far South Side.

Around 9:50 p.m., the men, 28 and 24, were in a vehicle in the 9300 block of South Stewart when shots were fired, Chicago police said.

The 24-year-old was shot in the left leg and taken to Christ Medical Center in serious condition; the 28-year-old was also taken there in good condition with a graze wound on his head.

Area Two detectives are investigating and nobody was in custody.
