Haiti anti-corruption agency claims top-ranking officials guilty of corruption

Haiti's political stability was dealt another blow on Wednesday when the country's Unit for Combating Corruption published a report accusing three members of the island's transitional presidential council of demanding over $750,000 in bribes, further chiseling away at the people's trust in the council.
