FM comments on Lithuania’s decision to refer Belarus to ICC

Lithuania has done another anti-Belarusian political stunt by referring Belarus to the International Criminal Court, Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Maksim Ryzhenkov told the media, BelTA has learned.
