Rachkov: Belarus consistently supports efforts to prevent WMD proliferation

Chairman of the Standing Committee on International Affairs of the House of Representatives of the Belarusian Parliament Sergei Rachkov participated in a panel discussion titled “The role of parliamentarians in nuclear security" held by the Standing Committee on Peace and International Security within the framework of the 149th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union in Geneva on 14 October.
