Mortgage Rates Rise to 6.44%, Yet 'Buyers May Be Feeling Ready To Act'
Mortgage rates rose from 6.32% last week to 6.44% for a 30-year fixed home loan for the week ending Oct. 17, according to Freddie Mac.
