Russia and Belarus stand united in preserving the historical memory and countering history falsification, Chairman of Russia's Federation Council Committee on Foreign Affairs Grigory Karasin said at a joint meeting of the foreign affairs commissions of the upper houses of the Parliaments of Belarus and Russia in Minsk on 13 November.
