Expert describes Russia’s Oreshnik missile as ‘refined’ retaliation tool 

The use of the Oreshnik missile was Moscow’s response to Kiev’s use of Western long-range weapons to strike Russia, Russian military observer of the Komsomolskaya Pravda newspaper, retired Colonel Viktor Baranets said in a new episode of the V Teme [On Point] project on BelTA’s YouTube channel.
