With the end-of-year holidays fast approaching, many French people are getting ready to celebrate with a glass of bubbly. France is famous for its champagne, but there are many different kinds of sparkling wines around Europe, including Italian Prosecco and Spanish Cava. France's very own "crémant" is a sparkling treat for those looking for something that's a bit different and a lot less expensive than champagne.
