Lukashenko: Poland refused to negotiate Andrei Pochobut’s case

The Polish authorities refused to even negotiate the extradition of convicted in Belarus Andrei Pochobut, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko told the media as he visited the Minsk City Technopark on 16 January.
