The govt. wanted to divide the INDIA alliance and deploy their usual tactics to push through the Constitution Amendment Bill but they had not anticipated the unity in the alliance which is why they appear rattled, the Congress leader says; the next Kerala CM will be chosen in a democratic fashion, says Mr. Venugopal, who played the role of a troubleshooter during the Assembly election campaign
