Umpire apologizes to Cardinals’ Hansel Rincon after bizarre hat warning during MLB debut
A day after telling Hancel Rincon to straighten his hat, and subsequently ejecting Cardinals manager Oliver Marmol, umpire Doug Eddings apologized to the pitcher over the incident.
