A 24-year-old hospital manager in Chandauli performed surgery on a patient without a doctor present. The patient, Suman, had been admitted due to complications related to her uterus. After the surgery, Suman suffered complications and died later that night. An inquiry followed the complaint filed by her father, Chandravali Bind, leading to the manager's arrest. The accused claimed he acted because the doctor did not arrive for the scheduled surgery.
