Calcutta High Court has ordered Axis Bank to defreeze a Kolkata businessman's bank account that had been put on hold over a cyber fraud case linked to just one transaction worth Rs 2,253. Court found no reason why rest of account should stay locked and asked bank to release non disputed balance at once.
