HCC transfer aggregate debt of Rs 2,854 cr to associate firm PRPL

Infrastructure major HCC has transferred Rs 2,854 crore of debt to its associate company Prolific Resolution Pvt Ltd. This move aims to create value for shareholders and significantly reduces HCC's debt. The company also transferred Rs 6,508 crore of awards and claims.
