2017 Leipzig Water Festival
From the 18 to 20 August 2017 Leipzig will celebrate its location by the water. The visitors can explore the city by boat and enjoy a varied programme around Leipzig's most beautiful stretches of water. At various water-related locations in Clara-Zetkin-Park and in the Plagwitz district of the city, there are a variety of interactive events from a boat parade to a raft construction challenge, as well as a band competition, the Leipzig Duck Race and a lot of fish specialities to enjoy.
