Charleston VA ranked in top 10 percent in US
The Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center was notified on Oct. 1 the facility achieved the highest possible rating according to VA's Strategic Analytics for Improvement and Learning Value model in the third quarter of fiscal year 2014.
