Proposed ordinance could pave way for higher taxi fees, regulate Uber

Taxi drivers have been taking a stand against Uber since it drove into the Holy City last Summer, saying it's not fair to let the ride sharing service operate without rules. Beginning Tuesday night, all of that could change.
