More development for Mt. Pleasant includes new hotel, apartments, retail
Johnson Development Associates based out of Spartanburg plans to build a hotel, 456 apartments, 62,000 square feet of commercial space and a self-storage facility on a tract of land just off Highway 17 near the Towne Centre.
