Family of North Charleston drive-by victim: ‘If you know something, tell somebody’

Nine North Charleston residents called 911 early Sunday and described an almost movie-like scene: cars speeding up and down several streets shooting at each other and peeling off into the night before anyone could catch a glimpse.
