SoftBank Commerce & Service Established, Announces Executive Appointments

SoftBank Commerce & Service Corp. (SoftBank C&S) today announced a strategic reorganization that separates its C&S Business from SoftBank BB Corp., establishing the new SoftBank C&S business, effective April 1, 2014.
