SC, Duke Energy hold nuclear exercise at Robinson plant

COLUMBIA, S.C. — Officials from South Carolina, Duke Energy and other local and federal organizations are holding a three-day emergency response exercise involving a simulated nuclear event at the Robinson nuclear power plant.
