Study: Charleston-area commuters spend about 41 hours a year waiting in traffic delays
Anyone who spent their Monday morning stuck in traffic on the Lowcountry's rain-soaked highways might not be surprised to find out that Charleston-area commuters spent an average of 41 hours in traffic delays in 2014, according to a national mobility study.
