Riley, Tecklenburg hold first transition meeting at Charleston mayor's office
Charleston Mayor Joe Riley and Mayor-elect John Tecklenburg had their first formal meeting on Friday to discuss the process of moving forward and transitioning from the man who has led to city for 40 years.
