Equipment
• EQUIPMENT PROVIDED:
2-piece neoprene suits (5 mm), grippy shoes, neoprene socks, helmet, shorts, neoprene top if necessary, and all the necessary collective equipment.
Our equipment is debacterized and checked after each outing.
• WHAT TO BRING :
Swimsuit, hair tied back, water. Just in case, shoes that can get wet (like sneakers).
Technical Description
This fairly aquatic descent is a good summary of the canyoning activity. After a brief introduction to abseiling (rope descent technique), the descent is carried out in a succession of varied obstacles: jumps up to 8m (never obligatory), 2 abseils including 1 of 17m, swimming, small slides…
NO JUMP IS OBLIGATORY.
