PHL in top 15 Miss U ranking

The Philippines is now on the fifth spot in the world’s ranking of the top 15 countries who won the Miss Universe Title. In the pageant’s records, the United States leads the tally with eight wins (2012,1997, 1995, 1980, 1967, 1960, 1956 and 1954). This is followed closely by Venezuela with seven (2013, 2009, 2008, 1996, 1986, 1981, and 1979).
